Fun for the whole family, December 29, 2000
This review is from: Donald Duck Goin' Quackers (Game Cartridge)
This is an easy to learn Disney adventure game that will provide hours of fun for any Donald Duck fan. It's simple enough for children to learn, and complex enough for adults to appreciate. There are enough levels to make it last, and the sound effects are very cool. Even though I'd probably rather rent it for a weekend as oppose to buying it, I recommend purchasing it for young children who can enjoy a fun game with no really violence.

The reason we bought Nintendo- family fun, August 12, 2001
By A Customer
This review is from: Donald Duck Goin' Quackers (Game Cartridge)
I am not a computer "gamer." No one in my family is. But we love to play games together and Donald Duck's Goin' Quackers allows us to do just that.
After reading the other reviews of this product, I was hesitant to buy the game because I thought it was going to be too easy. But it wasn't. It was quite challenging and loads of fun.
The game has 4 stages with 4 levels and 2 additional tracks at each stage. The graphics are outstanding. The goal is clear. It even has a good soundtrack. Furthermore, there is barely any violence- Donald punches a few bad guys, but that's it.
My wife, my 6-year-old, my 3-year-old and I would pass the controller as we'd take turns playing the game. Since the difficulty increases as you progess, my youngest would play in the first stage and win our team extra "Donalds," my 6-year-old would play on the medium and harder levels, and my wife and I would play on all levels. This is a wonderful game that can be played and shared by the whole family. Before I bought a Nintendo, I thought computer games could never match the family fun of board games and card games, but Goin' Quakers has proved me wrong. Well-done Disney!

Fun game for younger kids, December 4, 2002
This review is from: Donald Duck Goin' Quackers (Game Cartridge)
This is a very fun game for younger kids who have trouble with the harder, faster paced games. Still need to learn some moves that can be challenging but not impossible, like some games. I would definitely recommend for kids 10 and under. One negative is that the game does not automatically save to the memory cartridge, and it's hard to return to the save menu from game play (you have to go all the way back to the main menu). If you forget to save or quit by mistake, you have to start over from the beginning. Can be frustrating.
