I had to replace a large quilted tote that could hold nearly everything (including a kitchen sink) but caused back pain from the weight.
Found this tote that was quilted, could be carried as a should bag and had pockets to keep items organized (All the criteria I wanted in a replacement.) While it isn't as big as the one I had to give up I love it. The quality of quilting is spectacular, there's lots of pockets to separate all my junk and it can be carried on my shoulder (although I would have liked the straps to be a couple inches longer).
