I got this CD last night at the Hopeville Concert here in Philadelphia and was lucky enough to get it signed by Donnie McClurkin. And even though it was evident how tired he was, he made time to accomodate his grateful and excited fans. Then I got in the car, popped this CD in and was transfixed by the wonderful music pouring out of my speakers. I've been listening to it all day at work in my player and I like it more every time I listen to it. His duet with Yolanda Adams will, quite simply, blow you away. They should definately think about doing more music together because their two voices together is just awesome!!! I said it before and I'll say it again: listening to Donnie McClurkin will certainly bring you to the church. If you enjoyed his other CDs, I have no doubt you will enjoy this one as well!

Okay, everybody knows that Donnie's last album was the total bomb! That was the best album of this decade. This album is not as good as his last one, but it is still a great album. What you don't get is the authentic atmosphere of a live recording (except for a few cuts), which made the last album so wonderful. What you do get is classic Donnie Mcclurkin. This man is anointed and can sing his and your hind-parts off. I do like "The Prayer" (it sounds like music off of a soundtrack, but it's beautiful nevertheless), but my favorite song is "Special Gift". I love this song and I listen to it like I've never heard it before. This Walter Hawkins classic was nicely done. The live cuts include "Holy", "Create In Me A Clean Heart", and "I'm Walking". "Holy" is one of those spirit-filled, lay before God worship songs. "Create In Me A Clean Heart" is the same type of song. The string and horn arrangements send these songs over the top. Wonderfully done!!! "I'm Walking" is sure to be a favorite in youth worship services-for churches that have them. It's a heavy-hitting dance tune. "Yes You Can" sounds like a made-for-radio inspirational tune. It's okay..I don't like it as much as I like the other songs. All of the other songs are well-written and they add a nice little touch to the whole experience. I always say that you can't go wrong with a Kevin Bond-produced album (i.e.-T.D. Jakes, Donnie, D. Lawrence-Bible Stories). With Donnie writing most of the songs, that allows for the album to be a true blessing to the hearer. The only thing that bothers me-and it's not a big problem- is the imbalance between slow and uptempo songs. There's only two uptempo songs on the whole album. Most of the album is slow and really focuses on worship and getting in God's presence. Therefore, it's best to listen to this at home, because if you listen to it in the car it may be hazardous to your health as well as the health of other drivers. LOL; Anyway, be blessed.

I listened to this album and was so blessed as usual.
I cant even express what it is about him but His music is so anointed and you can tell that this one is really from above. I was especially blessed by the songs' " special gift and Holy". but like I said, all the songs just touch me in a special way. "Prayer" is also a bomb..the combination of Donnie and Yolanda is just awesome.I cant find words enough to express the power in Donnie's voice and songs. But one thing I know is that when I feel down and out I can sure find comfort in that voice...it just touches me is a special way and I know that it is God noone else!!!!

This album is just wonderful!!! Since I have bought the CD, I can't spend a day without listening to it!!! All the songs are AWESOME!!! God bless you Pastor Donnie. There is not one song that doesn't lead you in God's presence and take you into praise and worship.

He has done it again!!! Donnie is the MAN!!! I love this man's voice -- truly gifted, truly anointed, truly powerful. No wonder he is the most saught after Psalmist among professional gospel singers. The duet with Yolanda is magnificent, the song he did with the kids is rockin' and you'll love "Create Within Me A Clean Heart". Although most of the songs are slow -- not at all like the combination he did with the Live in London album; it does not take away from the album at all because each song really ministers to you.

Just get the album -- you will not be disappointed. Donnie keep up the good work!!

This is not a CD full of Christian dance hits (except for "I'm Walking"...I DARE you to still while listening to that one!). This CD is all about worship..."Clean Heart" brought me to tears one day, as I prayed/sang the words..."Again" will have you remembering all God has done for you. "Heart to Soul" and "So in Love" are very sweet. The only song I didn't care for was "Yes You Can" - it seems a little like a canned crossover song. Overall, Donnie lives up to his anointing once again - he and Fred Hammond are my all-time favorites.

FABULOUS!! What more can I say?!?! I haven't stop playing this CD yet! Pastor Donnie McClurkin is my all time favorite. His melodious voice rings with the clarity of heartfelt praise and worship.

The songs on this CD flow naturally...one into the other. As for his duet w/Yolanda Adams...PERFECT! I recently had the pleasure of hearing Donnie speak about this release on the radio one Sunday. The famous producer, David Foster, personally requested Donnie for "The Prayer". As long as Foster has been around, he has NEVER done that before. I perdict many awards for it next year.

I have just found the perfect Mother's day gift for ALL of the women in my family.

I love Donnie's music and this CD is no exception. Every song on this album is inspiring and ministers to your heart and soul. I think that everyone should have this in their collection.

KUDOS, to Pastor Donnie! He's done it once more and AGAIN. If you haven't purchased this CD...treat yourself to this gifted musician and man of God. You won't be disappointed. Every song is off the chain. In fact, I can't decide which is my favorite. I work in the field, so I begin and end my day with this CD. I guarentee you the lyrics linger...you'll be whistling while you work. Thank you Pastor Donnie for sharing your gift with us.

Brother McClurkin is truly an anointed, minister of music. Again, he has taken the listener to a place of worship. Although Bro. McClurkin's vocal skills are magnificent as usual, he does not allow you to focus on him. The focus is on God and his gift to us, Jesus. My favorite song is Create in Me A Clean Heart. This is THE worship song! Thanks Brother Donnie for another anointed instrument for God, Again!
