She is based in Florida, and conducts workshops, gives lectures, and is heard regularly on radio talk shows. 'Don't Get Ready Get Naked' is a great book to use for an ice breaker at a party. It'll get everyone talking and thinking. "Spend more time living your week than you spend planning it" is a great example of the fun and thoughtful ways Jan's book sets your mind in motion.
