I thought Hung got off to a shaky start, but found its feet in the second season and really found its stride in this third season which turned out to be its final one. Great to have it on Blu-ray - I just wish I had a fourth season to look forward to.

Hung was a very good show for the most part; a much more nuanced and well acted show that it's basic premise suggests. The performances are good, and the show was both touching and funny. It's evident that by season three the producers were trying to keep the show going in the face of low ratings, so the plot started to flail around quite a bit. Worst of all, the story is never wrapped up properly...you wind up having watched 30 episodes with the series ending as though it was coming back next year...which it didn't. Would have rated it 4 stares if it had ended properly, and 5 stars if it had ended well.

HUNG was fun and unconventional and willing to explore things human and common to us all through less savory channels! Once you got past the concept everyone seemingly wants to think as distasteful, it actually was a wonderfully moral and sweet show, and often outrageously funny. It will be missed.

I finally got to see third season the writer did very well with the cast development .The series should have been continued due to the fact that each character had there own story you could follow and be interested in maybe fx can bring them back

I loved Season one and Season two but Season three didn't appeal to me as much as the other two seasons. I liked all the actors but thought the material they had to work with as a bit thin and at times boring and slow and kept hoping for a change of pace or something new that was not pimp or sex related. .

I hate to say it about a series that is pretty much based on comedy and sex ..,,But there was just a little too much sex in play in Season three and I think the story line needed to be pumped up a bit and move on to some different scenarios.

Poor Tanya (Jane Adams) ...at some time her character (pimp) should have evolved a bit more and she should have been allowed to become a bit less ditzy and dowdy.. but Lennie James did play a great Charlie and Anne Heche held her own. Ray (Thomas Jane) though I like him, I think he needed better material to work with, at times he came off a bit distant and uninvolved.

I still enjoyed it and watched the entire season but to me, I dont think it compares to the first two seasons. Or maybe just that by Season three, the novelty of a plain jane woman pimp and a hunky hung male prostitute had worn itself out a bit.

Hung was a really great show in seasons 1 and 2. Season 3 just went downhill fast. I think if they would have kept with the types of story lines that made the first 2 seasons great the show may not have been cancelled so soon. It seems like the creativity was just lacking in the last season or maybe they just ran out of directions to go with the characters. The Lenore story line was overdone and needed to come to a conclusion sooner in the season. She was just downright annoying by the last episode. Sadly the finale left you hanging (no pun intended). They could have at least made one more episode to bring some sort of closure to the show.... Overall it was entertaining and free on Amazon Prime, so I give it 4 stars. It would have been 5 if not for the disappointing final season.

Good God!!! this man is so hot as Ray Drecker. His performance was just so well done. He is such a likable character, with "morals" and a heart, and the rest of him is just so incredibly fine. Highly recommended. He is hilarious in so many scenes..... "Dance for me", and although the premise is crazy (beautiful women paying for sex; unrealistic dramatic situations) he just makes it work. These female actors who are just absolutely going to town with Ray in bed are very entertaining and funny. They are just letting it all out, and must have been exhausted at the end of these scenes. And my husband is so much happier since I have watched it.... LOL. Mr. Jane, I am going to send you a big box of cigars for your excellent performance.....

This series is an absolute delight. I only wish it would have continued. Thomas Jane... come on... HUNK is what it should be titled. Hilarious and thoughtful, on the money, Anne Heche is as always, adorable in everything. I loved her portrayal of twins on the TV series, Another World, which was another show they took off the air. Why? Definitely a must see if you want to smile. Bring it back, darn you people.
