Editorial Reviews

Review

David's book contains a great deal of wisdom derived from his experience. What people need to realize is their potential. No individual is a statistic but one has to have self esteem to attempt to do the unexpected and not be laden with guilt, blame and shame if you do die when your doctor predicted. I recommend this book to everyone who feels insecure about their future. It will help you to live today and give your body a live message too. Self induced healing is not an accident so read on and learn from a true teacher. --Bernie Siegel, MD author of Faith Hope & Healing and Love, Medicine & Miracles

Review

This is the best book I have ever seen for cancer patients, caregivers, and caring professionals. It gives simple, yet evocative questions to help align lives and health. I am ordering 10 for my clinic library. All my best to David for this amazing work

When I read David's book, I was struck by the profound effect it could have on my patients, as they are on their journey with cancer. I have recommended it to many patients, and family members, and the response has always been positive. I am very grateful to David for putting this book together, and for his insight into how the Avatar tools have helped him. Everyone who has cancer, or knows someone with cancer should read this book!

David's exploration of the real possibilities for healing is both thorough and incisive. He is not afraid to challenge our established assumptions about illness and healing, the meaning of research and statistics and the limits we impose on ourselves when faced with a medical death sentence. He has thought deeply and gone bravely into uncharted territory, and done it without rejecting or diminishing the value of established medical treatments. The book is a must for anyone facing a difficult diagnosis. I have purchased several copies for my friends and family members. I think it should be required reading for insight and hope it offers all of us, whether we face a terminal prognosis or not. His treatment of the so-called "placebo effect" is worth the price of the book. An eye-opener.
