This book is a must have for anyone going through a change in their life. I graduated from high school this year and I have bought several copies for my friends who have moved away for school. It's is an optimistic look on moving on and I would recomend it to anyone. Also, Mary Englebreit's illistrations are spectacular.

I have been working my way thru the process of divorce and came across this book in a Mary Englebreit store. Since that day, I read it before I go to sleep and when I wake up! It has been an inspiration beyond words. Everyone, yes everyone, experiencing change should have this book!

When I was diagnosed with breast cancer, I searched for something that would give me comfort and hope. "Don't Look Back," became part of my treatment and recovery. I am now 4 years cancer free and continue to share this book with family and friends.

After having a painful conversation with my elderly mother-in-law about the fact that some changes would have to be made if she wanted to continue to live at home, I saw this book. I bought it and then told my sister-in-law (her daughter) about it. She said, "Did you get it for me or John or Michael?" I should have bought a case of them. It applies to everyone at some time.

This book was given to me as a gift during my divorce. It helped me get through a very confussing and sad time in my life.The pictures made me smile and each day I would work on one page and try and rebuild my life. I have since bought copies for freinds who are greiving because of loss ie@ divorce,death or loss of some kind . The simple saying are things that went through my mind still and the book is on my bed stand for a quick pick me up when I need a smile.

I love this book. I received it when I graduated from elementary school, and randomly found it in an old box during my senior year of high school. I have read it so many times to get through the difficult change that college (especially college in a new city) brings about. When my friends and I have a hard time, I find myself reading them this book. It is beautiful and inspirational. It has helped get me to where I am today, no doubt. I recommend it to anyone going through any hardship; the light, cheerful poetry is so applicable in every day life.

My friend, a recent widow, received this book from her daughter. She gave me this book when I got divorced. I am giving it to a friend who is going through a divorce. It is a perfect book for anyone whos life is at a crossroads and needs a bit of inspiration and a gentle push to the next level. Can there be anyone more inspiring or uplifting than Mary Engelbreit? The illustrations are beautiful and the writing is perfect. Really, a person should just buy this book by the dozen; it fits so many situations. It would be perfect for someone who has just lost their job too. A perfect pick-me-up. Mary Engelbreit is a genius!
