5.0 out of 5 stars Powerhouse of Preschool education and art ideas! November 8, 2008
Format:Paperback
My auntie passed this book (and another one by Bos I can't recall) along to me when my oldest was about 2 1/2 years old. She was just getting ready (and begging everyday) for preschool and I was trying to entertain her at home. We soon also joined a coop preschool and this book helped set very high expectations for my children's early education. There is not only awesome art and learning activities that can be used at home or in a preschool classroom, but there is loads on how to approach teaching children and to me, what the ideal preschool classroom should be about. I'm disappointed it is out of print, but do try to find a used copy. As a parent or teacher. Be warned...you may forever be disappointed with most preschool classrooms! I wanted to enroll my children into the book.

Great book to give to the teacher who makes all the crafts for her students so that they look perfect. THis book will tell you how and why to allow the children to do all the work. And it'll give you idea's so that you wont feel alone.
