Now this is advertised for kids eight and up (and Goliath Games as a whole is directed towards little kids), but my wife and I gave it a run with some friends and I couldn’t see how an eight-year-old would be able to answer the questions fast enough, or possibly at all. Some of the categories were really easy for us, but on others we struggled to get even half of what we needed in that short period of time. And just as in many timed games, the buzzing of the timer just adds to the mental pressure. It stands apart from the other games as more for older kids or adults and can be great fun at a party.
While it might not be the best game for kids, we've played it a number of times already with other couples and it's always been a hit.
Categories are random, so one color isn't more difficult or easier than the others. Supposedly, all categories have at least eight possible answers - not true! A category came up with us - States with a direction in their name. There are only five, two with North, two with South, and one with West (there is no state with "east" in its name). We needed seven. We just went to another category, but that's a quality control issue for the game.
The good news is most of the categories are simple enough for the average person. The bad news is no answers are provided. It's up to the players to determine if answers are okay. This can lead to debates, but we usually manage to resolve them. Overall, a fun game.

Postal good, game very American questions! Not like the one I had in the UK, materials poor!Published 10 months ago by Salma
This game is really fun. We had several people playing it and used teams. I can't wait to play it again.Published 12 months ago by Bianca
The game comes with questions no answers so answers are open for the other team to judge. More fighting then funPublished on January 13, 2014 by Donna M. Ortiz
