I read this book back in the 70's when it was very popular on campus. Along with I'm Ok, You're Ok, by another author. I find that in talking to people dealing with change and challenge in their life it fills gaps and affords guidance. The energy that is used by individuals to fight changes could be better served if they first learned where the river is taking them, and used that strength to help them.
