It is filled with good information, helpful information for pre-teens, teens and mature adults, written in an easy style that does not force-feed but allows for personal introspection. It is like a primer on useful information indicating pitfalls to avoid in one's growing up and providing the questions one needs to ask before making certain lifelong decisions that can become painful if mistakes are made. A very helpful and worthwhile guide. I am a bit prejudiced. My husband wrote it.

A great book that reads easily. I originally purchased a copy for my teenage daughter, but after she was done reading, I picked it up and loved it, after that I had my 10 year old read it as well. What a great cross generation read. I suggest this book for anyone who has children or as a gift to a teenager who is in their life. Provides great guidance and stories and could help change lives.
