As I read Paula's book, Don't step on the diaper, I found myself laughing hysterically in places and found I was also expierencing an underlying feeling of sadness that was continually being challenged by a chins-up kind of optimisum to see things through. I felt this very strongly in three places in the book which means to me that Paula has the wonderful gift in her writing to move a reader emotionally. -- Comments given by readers

About the Author

This is Paula's first published novel. She loves being a mom, and her family is her number one priority.

She finds time to volunteer for various charities, and hopes to publish another one of her books soon.

This wonderful book makes you realize that your inner feelings of childhood are not at all different from anyone elses. She approaches difficult topics with grace and passion. It's real to the point where you want to reach out to the characters and tell them everything will be alright.

I found myself reliving my own childhood while reading "Don't Step on the Diaper." Many of the situations seemed to come from my own past. Even the dialogue was reminiscent of my school-age days. A truly heart-warming story and a wonderful first effort!

This is a warm and wonderful story about life in the real world. Even though it was written for children, I found it held my interest to the very end. So true to life, it makes you want to reach out and hug the main characters! This book is bound to be a real winner!
