4.0 out of 5 stars Great reference!, October 11, 2001

This review is from: Don't Touch That Doorknob!: How Germs Can Zap You and How You Can Zap Back (Paperback)
In the wake of so much information circulating on Anthrax and other forms of Bio-Terrorism Dr. Brown's new book is both accessible and informative. Without being over-the-top about the threat of harmful germs, Dr. Brown's advice is realistic and his topics are relevant and carefully chosen.
I highly recommend this book.

This is the perfect book for those of us non-microbiologists out there. It explains in an easy to understand manner, what's worth worrying about, what's not and how to prevent future concerns. It doesn't serve to scare but rather to inform. Its layout serves as an easy reference guide to many of the questions and concerns that most all of us have in regards to the little "bugs" hiding in dark corners of our homes.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great guide to good and bad germs, October 24, 2001
By A Customer
This review is from: Don't Touch That Doorknob!: How Germs Can Zap You and How You Can Zap Back (Paperback)
I always kind of wondered what kind of germs were on my hands and when I washed them, what was killed. Now I know. I also know every potential germ in my path. Dr. Brown writing is really accessible.
