At the age of 41, following an extraordinary psychic journey, Bernard was led to pursue a path of personal development, through discipline and study. By the age of 48, he had left engineering, devoting himself to teaching about the psyche and guiding others in their personal development.
In 1987, together with his wife and partner, Penny Margolis, Bernard founded the Centre for Human Energy, offering personal development groups, diagnostic imagery, counselling and workshops.
Bernard is the author of the highly-acclaimed "Don't Water the Stick: The Path of the Psyche," and "Beyond a Shadow: The Path of the Spirit," the first two volumes in a series on human energy.
Bernard and Penny are now living in Nova Scotia where they are building a new Centre for Human Energy Studies near Halifax, and working on Bernard's third book, "The Path of the Student."

Hilariously bad,
By
This review is from: Don't Water the Stick: The Path of the Psyche (Paperback)
I read this book and one other by the same writer because I found them in some moving trash, and they are two of the most hilariously awful books I have ever read. Its as if every crazy theory about the mind, the soul, pyramids, and space aliens (really!) was thrown in a blender and then the result was typed up by someone who doesn't really speak English. You can actually hear the craziness leaking out from each sentence.
And the answer to all your problems? Buy more books! If it wasn't so funnily bad, it would be very sad, because the people who are actually buying these books are probably quite sad and could use some help. But publishing these books and promoting them as if they will "help" anyone should probably be a crime. This is a Scient***** type scam, but without all the celebrities and benefits!
