I really commend Kelly Bliss for the healing and helpful insights she shares in her book! Her book presentation of a holistic plan for a healthy lifestyle (not weightloss) regardless of size and physical ability is refreshing. She shares lots of ideas for getting creative with eating, exercise, and self-care. She stimulated my own imagination for creative, caring ways to respond to my own life that extended to each area of my life.

Kelly Bliss has written a book that finally addresses American values: self worth, self care, and a can do attitude. She uses her personal experience as a large person in the United States, one that I could relate to. I feel ready to take care of myself now.
