It is a great cartoon, without any "adult" humor.
Americandodo
One of the sweetest little cartoons of the distant past, it's one of those sad shames that it didn't have a long run and is no longer in production.

I remember watching this when it first came to tv several years ago and enjoying it thoroughly well it's still the same for me.

This is an Amazon exclusive and won't be sold in stores. Amazon worked out a deal with nickelodeon to "Burn on demand" meaning upon receiving an order that Amazon will create the dvd and insert then ship it to the buyer.

Many fans complain that these dvd sets are too expensive and I agree, I've recently spent over $100 to complete my CatDog season set collection and CatDog was not exactly what I would refer to as a top tier cartoon series, so the price is outrageous but I purchased it any way because I wanted to finish my collection ^_^

CatDog Season-3 contains three dvd's, Audio and picture quality in these dvd's seems to be very good and plays perfectly in my Sony 400 Dvd carousel unit.

Quoted from the back of the Dvd case:
"Its feeding time if you've got an appetite for laughs, thanks to season 3 of CatDog! This set features over five hours of howlingly hysterical adventures, like the time Dog tricks Cat into entering a monster truck rally, Dog learns where meat comes from (his friends!), CatDog search for their parents, a gorilla is left on the boys doorstep, Dog becomes a seeing-eye dog, Cliff spends a month stuck underneath a barbell, someone wants to turn Nearburg into a giant walnut tree grove, and more! It would be a real cat-astrophe to miss this season!"

Here is a list of episodes on each disc,

Disc 1
1.Monster truck folly
2.CatDogs gold
3.Silents please!
4.Gorilla my dreams
5.Seeing eye dog
6.Beware of cliff

This is a fun 90s cartoon, much like "Rocko's Modern Life" and the characters are voiced by many of the same actors. Take a break from the usual-- I recommend it for unwinding after a stressful day.

I remember watching this when it first came to tv several years ago and enjoying it thoroughly well it's still the same for me. It's funny and a little bit ridiculous which adds to the show. Definitely worth watching.

Use to watch this show as a kid. Watching it again years later makes me realize how good shows were back then.

My seven year old enjoyed this show and laughed out loud. My oldest daughter is fifteen now and she remembers this show and wishes it was back on Nickelodeon.

This isn't a review of the show itself. I've already written one for the Season One Part One dvd. I doubt that anybody who isn't familiar with this show would be looking at getting season 3. Anyways, I decided to write this review to let people know that season 3 will come out on dvd March 12, but will only be available on Shout! Factory's website. It will have all of season 3. I'm sure that people [namely Route 66] will sell copies here on Amazon.
