If you are a parent of a young child chances are you have seen The Disney Channel original series Doodlebops. Doodlebops is a colorful music oriented education program for pre-school age children. Adult actors dress in bright costumes and the show is filled with music, dance and excitement. The Doodlebops Rock & Bop includes

Deedy, Rooney and Moe are Doodlebops a rock band and Mazz is their friend who rhymes all the time. She is just one of the many characters in Doodlebop Land.

Doodlebops is a fun show for the five and under crowd. Kids Kindergarten age and older may feel like the Doodlebops is too much for little kids. It's a really fun show and the lessons are clear enough that kids can clearly identify the lesson. For instance in the episode, "All Together Now," the first lesson of the segment is about sharing. When all of the Doodlebops want to play their music at the same time they have an argument and soon realize things are better when they are all on the same page.

In addition to the 4 Doodlebop episodes on the DVD, the set also include some pretty cool previews. Arthur is making his big screen debut and the Carebears will be appearing in their first holiday movie, a Nutcracker movie, due out this November 7th. The DVD also says that the Doodlebops are headed out on their first live tour.

It is very entertaining for children my granddaughters age which is 18 months and above. She couldn't see enough of it. She loved to dance along with the music and watch the kids in the audience at their concerts. It's a very toddler friendly video.

Terrific!! We here in Australia haven't heard of the Doodlebops yet, but thanks to a great website we heard their music and thanks to Amazon we were able to buy it and have it posted over here!! We are really impressed. A1! A+++

My 3 year old loves the Doodlebops! They are a very bright, colorful and entertaining trio and keep my daughter engaged for the entirity of the video. The reason we purchased this DVD is because we lost our Where's Moe DVD and my daughter kept asking for it. When I read the reviews for all of the Doodlebop DVDs there was a lot of discussion about the "old" and "new" Doodlebops. I have only seen one type of Doodlebop (judging by the descriptions in the reviews I think we are watching the "old" version) and they are great! So I'm not sure your little one will mind the differences. This is a great DVD for little kids (although, I do catch my 6 year old watching it with her sister).

Just what my girl wanted. She listens to it constantly and can even sing along!! This is quite a feat for my child with autism. Priceless actually!!
