The Rolling Stones made this song for the driver enthusiast like me.
Ronnie D. Johnson
Since 1981 and their hit "Start Me Up" the Rolling Stones have had one great rock song and that is "Rough Justice".

I love this song, it is amazing these guys can still put out great music.

Just a few bars into the song and it was all over. Maybe I'm just tired and fed-up with all the Doom and Gloom that seems to permiate everything right now. And, maybe I just needed a pounding, relentless anthem to shake out the negativity, but whatever the reason this song seemed to arrive at just the right time.

Music reviews are subjective -- I like a song, you don't -- really not much more to say. But, after seven years it feels good that the Stones decided to return to the studio and create some rock and roll. Mick Jagger's vocal, Charlie Watt's on drums and Keith Richard's lead and Ron Wood's rhythm guitars are as tight as ever. These guys seem to defy time.

This is classic Stones. New ground isn't covered -- this is the old iconic rock and roll -- and it is what they arguably do better than anyone.

This one's surely nudging that rarified air of "classic song"--a surprising offerring after their last TWENTY-FIVE years of mostly sleepy new material. The opening riffs are satisfyingly dirty and a littly bloody with a raw production treatment. The shuffling rythm's got classic Stone's schmaltz and strut. Mick's vocal delivery drips with inspiration and nuance. The lyrics are pertinant and hold together pretty well. With any mega-successful band like the Stones, new material should be filtered by asking, "If this was a freshman offering by a new band, how would you rate it?" Doom and Gloom would get a response of, "Hell, yeah! Long live Rock'n'Roll!"

The 1st album I ever really listened to was "Some Girls" when I was 16 in 1978 and living in Brisbane, Australia. They have continued to amaze and entertain me ever since...and actually for their entire 50+ years! The Stones are eternal and I can't imagine anyone who doesn't have at least one Stones song that is part of their "growing-up" timeline. My 12 year old says it was "Sympathy for the Devil" on an xbox game COD Black Ops (their Dad plays)and the 15 year old reminded me his first barber had the entire shop covered in posters and paraphernalia and played nothing but the Stones and the 18 yo is too cool to answer. "A good thing never ends"...

50 years and still going strong. This song kicks ass and shows that the Stones can still rock! The vinyl is amazing and although it's a one sided record, the logo on the B side is so cool and worth the price!!!! Any Stones fan would want this in their collection!

Go Rolling Stones. Trying to recollect the Stones on vinyl. Presently looking to connect my turntable into my whole house sound system.
