It's a crime that this book is so funny,

"The War in Quotes" clearly and simply documents the Orwellian double-speak that has characterized the Bush administration and the multiple strings of lies that brought us the quagmire in Iraq.

More than just a quote dump,

These are brilliantly juxtaposed to create a joyful, hilarious, absolutely heartbreaking record of the most tragic foreign policy fiasco in American history. It's also a breathtakingly concise indictment of our country's worst presidency.

This is a valuable resource of what was said and when by those who advised and went along with GWB's infamous plan for war and even how they changed their tales and revised their plans off and on. It is also amazing how many people continue to think of Bush and crowd as being good for the country. No, only good for the builders of tanks, bombers, guns and faulty construction firms.

Bush and Cheney should have been impeached-- this is the evidence is,

The war in Iraq was a reckless incompetent adventure, which destroyed the lives of hundreds of thousands of people. The timeline of quotes by the "principals" clearly exposes the cynicism with which they misled the American people into a disastrous and unnecessary war. What a nation of suckers, and what tools of the government the "respectable media" have proven to be. Bush was probably the worst president we ever had, not only because of his ignorance, but because he set up his government on the basis of ideology and loyalty with no consideration given to competence and truth.

If you want to see, written down, the statements and weird Bushisms as they said it, get this. It's well worth reading and gives you key dates via a timeline at the bottom of the pages.
I found myself almost laughing, then remembered how the Bush Administration took us down this road.

This is very well put together, its like a storyline made of real (and ridiculous) quotes made from the Bush regime. There were things said that was even shocking in here, and its amazing how many of these wern't made into a bigger deal.

What a great book. I feel it is unfortunate that it is so funny because it is also all true! Nice read.
