This is another great single. I recommend this one for the collectors & people who only like the original song. The Beautiful People (Live) is awesome with powerful comical trumpets, an awesome performance! But other than that you got The Dope Show on two albums & the music video is available on YouTube. It's nice to own, it's worth a low price.

The dope show was the first and one of the best songs I know of MECHANICAL ANIMALS.The song is a little slow and is appealing to everyone and not just mazza fans.The song is made even better with its brilliant video protraying the song showing an alien(Marilyn)been picked up by money making creeps who go on to sell him to the world. But the song is just another to fall into a long line of great songs from the band.
