The kids and I love this cookbook. It's very easy to follow. The recipes are very simple and common but with a mexican twist. Love the graphics! The kids can really relate. Two thumbs up!

This is an adorable book for the Dora or Diego fan. Very colorful, with a wide variety of healthy food. But some of the recipes are so overly simple that I ended up feeling sort of dumb for buying this....some items aren't so much recipes as suggestions for putting simple foods together.
However, perhaps seeing Dora and Diego eating vegetables will inspire my little one. And all the gang: Swiper, the Fiesta Trio and Benny the Bull are inside with their 'favorites'. It's very safety conscious, and if my son really ate this healthy I'd be pleased. Keep in mind this is more for building 'kitchen enthusiasm' than really cooking. It would be cute if they offered it with little D & D measuring cups or an apron....
