My daughter who just turned two has had this chair for about 8 months and I have no complaints. She loves it! I understand the "tipping" concerns from other reviews but it is cushy, and low to the ground and actually my daughter likes to "play" in it by leaning to the sides and tipping it on purpose. Most chairs will tip if your child is active but because it is low and plush it's probably one of the better options in my opinion. It is durable and easy to clean. At first I didn't think it would be worth the money but I'd buy another in a heartbeat!

I have the older Barney and Elmo chair like this one. The older ones do not have as high as a back and doesn't seem to sit as deep. I have twin 3 1/2 year old girls and we had out chairs for 2 1/2 years now. We never had a problem with it tipping over. I just need to take the time to take it off the foam and wash it. I also wouldn't want it close enough to a fireplace to see if it could melt as mentioned in a previous customer rating!!! I would imagine anything that close could melt!!

I bought this chair for my now three year old last year for her birthday. She absolutely LOVES it. She wallers the heck out of it sitting in it to watch her favorite videos, putting puzzles together, eating at the coffee table and even tips it over on purpose and wallers it some more. It is so soft and comfortable that she used to doze off in it. When she came into the "tantrum age" I decided to use this for her "naughty chair" as she stomps around but can not hurt herself on this since it is so soft. It is also very comforting and familiar to her which helps relax and calm her down fairly quickly.

My 4 year old daughter has had this chair for 3 years now. She loves it. We are getting one for my 10 month old for her 1st birthday because she loves the chair too!!!! Yes it tips, but it's going to tip if your child tries to stand on it or push it. We have no complaints about this chair!!!!

This chair topples very easily and is very dangerous for any child. Our child has fallen out of it just by leaning over. I guess it is the old, but true attage that you get what you pay for in life. This would be better as a stuffed animal. I am returning this chair it is horrible and not suited for any child at any age.
