We are very satisfied with our purchase of these bunk beds, probably took my husband an hour to put them together by himself and my 6 year old is more than happy with his new bed! My only suggestion is, do not buy a super thick mattress (at least not for the top) or the guard rails might not be that much of a help. The rail is about 11.5" high, make sure to check the measurements of your mattress. My other boys have wooden bunk beds and their mattresses are 7+ inches thick and that would not have worked nicely for this top bunk.

this bed was easy to assemble and my kids love it! it is very durable and very sturdy for having a 3yr old and 5yr old! i definately recomment this to anyone.
