I own about 300-400 meditative / Atmospheric type CDs all I can say is if I could only keep one, this CD would be the one I would keep. I listen to this regularly and always enjoy it as much as the first hearing, Iam awaiting the next release.

I have been listening to this album for years, and still love it. It is deeply meditative and yet also passionate. It's the only album I ever listen to while meditating. Parsons has combined chanting and chords from a keyboard in such a way that each amplifies the feeling of the other.

The best meditation cd money can buy. Also indispensible mood music for writing, painting, blissing out, anything really except driving. My 11-year old son used to be disturbed by the quiet power of this music, now he loves reading to it. I often throw "Doje Ling" into the cd player when I've got a heavy day of deadlines before me. Works wonders. For those curious about meditation books, pick up, "Meditation Made Easy" by Lorin Roche. That and his and Camille Maurine's, "Meditation Secrets for Women" are the two absolute best books out there and complement "Dorje Ling" perfectly.

Having developed quite a taste for meditation & yoga I find this album of David Parsons to be one of the most powerful forms of healing music there is. If you are willing to go within relax it will take on a journey you will most likely never forget, especially the title track. This cd is a must for anybody who is into sound and knows its true esoteric significance to healing .

david parsons is one of the few electronic musicians working today who can capture the true essence of the spirit on disc, dorje ling is a fine example. hearing parsons first on the musique mechanique comp, i fell in love with his vision of deep isolationist space. this disc captures parsons at his best. highly recommended!

I'm not into meditation, though I do enjoy ambient music quite a bit. I bought this CD because it has been featured on more than one Hearts of Space program in the past. I enjoy it much, and am always struck by how well much of this music would go with many of H. P. Lovecraft's stories, to set the mood for the ancients, the unspeakable, the sheer horror of his world of Cthulhu.

dorje ling is some of the most stunning and effective healing music I have heard,whether it be "travelling" to the places described on the cover or going within ones self.
The droning bass lines seem to glue it all together, giving the music a sense of space,power and majesty.

If you are familiar with David Parsons you will find this to be a wonderful new experience.
