If you are a Doro fan, there is no question about it, you MUST get this. When you needa Doro fix, nothing will satisfy like this double DVD.

Disc 1 includes a concert in Germany. They're playing in a cave! That place must really rock, I'd love to see this place in person. Doro goes through a smoking setlist which includes old Warlock songs and solo material. The band is really tight too. The guitarist is awesome. This DVD also includes her music videos from Warlock and her solo career. You get everything from 'Fight for Rock' to 'White Wedding'. In between videos, the beautiful Doro herself talks and introduces the next video. She's speaking in German.

Disc 2 is like a huge video scrapbook. She's on stage with Motorhead, does a photoshoot, performs White Wedding, does interviews, and so much more. This DVD is chock full of great material.

Americans are idiots for worshipping no-talent hacks like Britney Spears and J-Lo. Doro could blow them off the stage without even breaking a sweat. Doro is the Queen of Rock n Roll, hands down.

Doro has been my favorite female vocalist since I first heard Warlock's "True as Steel" back in 1986. I have purchased everything she has done since then. With this dvd set she has given the longtime fans exactly what they have been waiting for. While its true it doesn't have all of her videos, this dvd will not disappoint. There is a ton of footage of Wacken shows, old Warlock performances etc. The live performance is great, and all the other extras are great. Thank you Doro, you are truly a fantastic performer. Keep up the good work!!!

After listening to the music of Doro Pesch and Warlock for the last Twenty years, I now have a great concert DVD that was filmed in her native Germany! This is great live concert footage that shows Doro and her fellow players in top form. The music like Doro herself is powerful and awe inspiring! She is a beautiful and talented performer. In addition to the concert(which is excellent) ALL of Doro's VIDEOS are included in this Dvd set. I say buy this for both the music and the unique beauty that belong to Doro Pesch. She is still at the top of her game! Long live German Hard Rock and Metal. For our German Friends: "DORO es BIS AUF BLUDDEN-FUR IMMER!!"

This double dvd by Germany's rock goddess is the greatest thing I've seen in a long time.It's a must have for any Doro Pesch fan!!!!I only wish it featured old interviews with the warlock guys as well,but hey none the less this dvd is awsome!!!

Want to talk about a fan package done right. This DVD set is one of the best I've ever seen. It seems so odd (but great) that a relatively obscure artist like Doro has a super-deluxe package like this, when major U.S. stars dvd's seem low-budget in comparison. The glossy gatefold digipak case looks great, and includes a full colour booklet with lots of great photo's and a tour diary. The concert on disc 1 has a fantastic picture and amazing DTS and Dolby 5.1 soundtracks. It's also a long show at 24 songs! Doro and her band kick it out as if they were 19 again, and man how that woman can work a crowd. The venue where this was filmed seems to be a kind-of Red Rocks Europe, it appears to be a big cave (literally) with a concert venue inside. Great setting. Also all of Doro's music videos are included, and unlike the new Saxon dvd, in pretty good condition. The second disc has hours of bonus stuff, almost all great. There's an "on the road" style documentary, a Doro performance with a symphony orchestra, a fun visit to a fan's home where he shows her his Doro-themed house, and lots of bootleg-style live videos from Wacken and several other shows. In the interviews and docs, Doro comes off as a genuinely nice and unaffected woman who really cares about her fans. The only small complaint is with the disc one videos section. Doro introduces each video, and I assume tells neat little tidbits about each one. You won't know though, unless you speak german, as they provided no subtitiles for this section. Other than that, this is probably the best music video I own. Hats off to Doro and SPV. Worth every penny.

(...) [Additionally] almost the entire second disc has english subtitles. I know, I watched the whole documentary through 3 times already. The visit to the fans home and the australian tour documentary are also subtitled. They are lots of fun, enjoy!

This set is simply a must have for Doro fans, or anyone who likes hard-rocking heavy metal sung by a beautiful blonde. I'm very glad this was made available for distribution in the USA.

As someone else already wrote, there's just one major problem - it's nice to see Doro introducing some of her recent videos, but she's speaking German and there's no subtitles. Even in a short "making of" feature for the concert, everyone speaks German and again there's no subtitles. In fact the only subtitles on either disc are the lyrics for the songs during the concert (most of which are sung in English anyway). Actually, my DVD player didn't display those lyrics properly, either (they fell below the viewable area of the screen). Considering this is the USA version of the DVD set from this talented German artist, the lack of subtitles in the German-speaking part is really inexcusable. (I wonder if the European version had subtitles?)

Also, I was a bit disappointed that more of her recent work wasn't included in the concert - especially since it included a surprising number of her old Warlock songs. The songs that ARE included are all great, though. The videos are a great addition - in fact, I probably would have bought this just for the videos.

Bottom line: This DVD set, with 5 1/2 hours of material, is a bargain at $30.

the reviews keep saying "all her videos".....ALL!?! there are a number of videos missing that i wish were on the 2 dvd set, such as "last day of my life", "whiter shade of pale"...just to name 2, there are many more.

still, well done by one of the most unknown-unforgetable artist in the music industry in the last 20 years. too bad so many americans are being deprived from hearing her because the U.S. radio stations are so full of crap with their lame, commercial un-talented rotation of music. those who discover her either by word of mouth or by accident are truly in for a treat.

NEW DORO FANS- start with the cd "love me in black"....AWESOME AND POWERFUl....released in '98, it can hold it's own against any artist.

Love Doro..but was a little let down by this dvd. At times the sound appears slightly out of sinc with the players! Maybe i just got a bad copy? Doro and her long time band rock out and show why she is such a force in the metal world. Truely a class act.

If you like Doro and her music over the last 20+ years you will love this DVD. If you aren't a big fan, you'll probably get bored. Great concert footage, good selection of videos, and outstanding 'bonus features'. I like seeing an artist off stage, showing an honest enthusiasm for the music, fans, and band. I'll put Doro on my (very short) list of artists I'd like to meet!
