After hearing about CCDC on NPR and then checking out their MySpace page, I knew I wouldn't be disappointed. The variety of the album - from reggae inspired "Long Gun" to the politically motivated "Crying Shame" - coupled with the pervasive strong rhythms, make for a highly enjoyable CD.
