This is the tool for those surfaces that seem to suck in pet hair and refuse to let it go. It's not a quick removal tool (think more along the lines of scrubbing a floor than vacuuming), but for things like wool dhurrie rugs, it saves the expense of frequent professional cleanings or and is quicker than trying to pull the hair up with those sticky tape fur removal things. It really does pull up tons of fur, even from deep in a rug.

The magnet did not pick up the pet hair off my furniture. I found it worthless. Using a glove was more effective. I am glad that I didn't spend any more money than I did for it.

Not a bad hair remover on car seats. It sort of sweeps it for you to pick up. Still does not remove stubborn hair stuck in between the woven parts of a seat.

This is a great tool... for about two weeks. The ridges on the blade wear quickly and once dull, the tool looses effectiveness.
