This was purchased for use with the Canon S90 and S95 cameras. They fit in -a slightly tight fit. I bought the case for use in backpacking situations involving stream and river crossings , waterfalls , the Pacific Coast, etc. I wouldn't trust it for immersion or for impact resistance. The latch is positive and the O-ring looks good. Dry-bags, Opsaks, Ziplocks don't cut it for this kind of situation much less White -water trips or kayaking.
