5.0 out of 5 stars Great-looking address book for adult use!
I wanted a new address book that was adult-appropriate without being a boring business style. Surprisingly, finding something that fit the bill was a tough task; many of the available products were too cutesy or too inconvenient, with tiny, virtually unusable lines. Luckily, I stumbled across this beautifully chic Dots and Stripes Address Book.

2.0 out of 5 stars Printed Upside down
I just finally opened my address book to start filling it out and had to reverse all the pages since it is printed upside down. I had to move the back part with the UPC code to the front page where it is upside down so the front of the book appears right side up.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great-looking address book for adult use!, August 17, 2008

I wanted a new address book that was adult-appropriate without being a boring business style. Surprisingly, finding something that fit the bill was a tough task; many of the available products were too cutesy or too inconvenient, with tiny, virtually unusable lines. Luckily, I stumbled across this beautifully chic Dots and Stripes Address Book.

Here are some of the many well-made features of this address book: sturdy construction, with a hardcover and cloth binding; a 4-ring binder interior, allowing one to move around the pages as needed; individual tabs for each letter (with the exceptions of E/F, U/V, W/X, and Y/Z), allowing one to locate entries more easily; full lines across the page for each entry; three full lines to fill in with various phone numbers and/or fax or email; and finally, gorgeous graphics mixed with amusing and whimsical quotes throughout the book.

There are a few minor things that I wish the manufacturer would've done differently. The binder is significantly bigger than the pages themselves, making the book a bit bulky in size; it's definitely intended for desk use. Also, there is no type of demarkation to separate the individual entries, so once I started filling my book in, I found that unless I left a blank line between entries, they tended to blur together a bit. Finally, it would've been nice if the binder had a pocket or two for things like business cards.

Overall, however, I'm very satisfied with this purchase; it was definitely the best product out of the MANY different ones that I researched, and my final rating is 4 1/2 stars.

I Bought this for my sister who is also my best friend. It is vibrant, sturdy and has enough pages to write a ton of addresses. Each Letter has a different quote and great for a gift you want to give with meaning.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great Item, August 19, 2008
This review is from: Dots and Stripes Address Book (Ring-bound)
I purchased this item hoping that it would be the perfect address book and have enough space for all the information I was looking to include...and it is just that. I think the quotes for each letter are a nice touch and the quality of the product is also great. If you want a good and sturdy book, go for this one.

4.0 out of 5 stars Very nice Address Book, December 6, 2009

This is a very nicely made Address Book. The size is really great and there are plenty of extra pages which I like. Also, the pages are not flimsy as I found with books like this in the past.
I would have rated it a 5 star if it had room to add birthdays and anniversaries. I also would have preferred to have more than 1 line for phone number, email adress, and fax numbers. It is pretty difficult to get everything on the same line.

5.0 out of 5 stars Hard to find but worth it!, February 12, 2010

This review is from: Dots and Stripes Address Book (Ring-bound)
Bought this gift for my daughter, age 27, just got married. Though she has does have a computer, she preferred a hard-copy address book. I looked and looked locally, with little success. Hard to find, few to choose from. Then I found this item -- it's great! So cute and trendy, not stuffy like a plain leather one. Pages can be moved around as necessary for your personal use. So glad I found and ourchased this item.

I had been looking everywhere for a new Address book and found this one on Amazon, great price and perfect on the inside. I was attracted to the polka dots as love them! The colors are fun and it seems to be made of good quality products.
