This kicks ass!,
By Michael Day (Atlanta) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Double Barrel (Audio CD)
It's probably closer to the Rocksteady sound than Reggae. I love this kind of music, it's from the time between traditional Ska and roots Reggae, and it's takes the best of both. You can see where British Ska groups like English Beat and Bad Manners got their inspiration from. You can't beat this for party music.

Teenage Summer Fun U.K. hit from '71,
By A Customer
This review is from: Double Barrel (Audio CD)
Double Barrel is the excuse for the album, a big summer fun hit in the U.K. that any youth who was between 10 and 18 in 1971 will remember. Lot's of fun but questionable reggae.
