This is a book that is basically a huge double bass groove instructional!You will learn to lead with your left and right foot equally!Everything is alternating strokes.In short,you will have lots of fun learnin groove based double bass patterns and developing a new technique all at once!Great idea really.If you master this book you will be able to really mirror the guitar rhythm with your feet.Thats the goal for me.

Jeff is a true drumming monk, devoting himself tirelessly to the art of hitting them double bass pedals as fast as he possibly can. He real good and I highly recommend this book.
