I love this pillow. My twins were born at 38 weeks, and we used this pillow within 1/2 an hour of birth. I was able to nurse my twins and have BOTH arms free. Couldn't have done it without this pillow. I would even recommend this pillow for mothers with only one baby. Great product, even comes with a little back support pillow. I would recommend getting a 2nd cover. Hard to get the cover washed and dried between nursings, especially in the early months.

I took this pillow to the hospital when I delivered my twins. It was perfect to get my babies to latch on quickly and it saved me a whole lot of frustration as far as correct positioning. I use it every day and it makes my life easy as I can feed both and have some free time. The twins love it too! They calm down as soon as I lay them on it! Lovely lovely product!

This pillow is especially useful for older twins. My twins were born at 32 weeks and were too young to successfully nurse together until they were a few months old. I did use the pillow when the twins were younger so that one twin should be near me while the other twin nursed. (But I did not need the pillow for their younger months.) The pillow is nice and wide enough for both twins. I really like the ability to burp one twin on the pillow (they lay on their bellies as you burp them) while I nurse the other twin. Overall it is a great product - Probably not necessary but helpful.

This twin feeding pillow shipped quickly. My twins were comfortable while feeding in it. It is large and will not fit while using a regular glider. We bought an oversized recliner which worked perfectly. Durable- I even gave it to another twin mom to use when I was finished with it.

my twins were born at 38 weeks and I used this pillow as soon as I came home from the hospital. They are now 3 months old and are exclusively nursed. I have a very hard time nursing without this pillow. If you plan on nursing your twins simultaneously than you need to buy this pillow. It makes the process 100 times easier. Good luck!
