I used to love these books as a kid - mystery, action, adventure - what's not to like for a boy???
I got my son (10 year old) the first 2 books in this 3 book series and he was going crazy not having the third book. I broke down like any sensible dad would and handed it to him one day out of the blue - he was finished lightning fast and was glued on every page. With so much trash out these days, the hardy boys is a fresh mix of they type of reading I grew up on and the present day. |
