Double Glass Door Deadbolt Lock

I bought this to keep my little kids out of my glass aquarium cabinet. I also bought the double door version for another cabinet and it works just as well. Each lock comes with 2 keys that work interchangeably with both locks. It's a little pricey for what it is, but it's worth every penny considering the frustration it relieves. It doesn't come with instructions but it's intuitive. I had to use a drill and dremel to carve out a cavity in the wood cabinet for the lock bolt to fit into when locked.

We bought this product to keep our 1 year old out of our TV electronics cabinet. It works like a charm and was super easy to install once we figured it out (it did not come with instructions). Now I no longer have to do battle with my son to keep him out. We are both much happier!

I recommend it to parents of small kids!

We have broken many of these because we installed them as they come. The problem was that somehow you must make a dugout into the wood for the deadbolt part of the lock to slide into. And I don't have that tool, maybe drilling multiple holes in a row and then using a knife to cut out the leftover wood? I don't know, but be aware, without making this dugout the strain put on the lock but locking it into a solid piece of wood will damage the lock over time.
