I got this heli by mistake. I bought a Syma S009 and they sent me this one by mistake. It is nearly twice the size of a S009. I have a Syma S009 that finally came in(long story). The heli is very powerful and needs big move swings in order to fly. It needs a lot of room. Unlike the S009 which fly smooth and in smaller areas. Don't ever buy a Syma S009 because of a high fail rate in main motor b.
Any way, because of the large room needed, I managed to crash it several times and a lot of times busting parts. The parts are easily broken because they are larger and the weight of the Heli snaps them very quickly if you crash certian ways. It is winter now and I can't try it outdoors. It needs a calm day if flown outside.
Unlike its Syma counter part it does have throttle, back, and forwards trim on the radio. A real plus!
The Heli is not flyable right now because of the last crash. I have parts comming in, so it will be flying again soon. A lot of the crashes are due to it not trimming right and that makes it harder to control. This heli is not a beginners one as I quickly learned. However the manual claims there is a potentionmeter on the main board to help with stopping it rotate. Well it needs to be taken apart some what for that to happen.
I would of gave it 4 stars but fear the Main motor B will fail after a few more flights like the Syma S009 and be no good.
