Best RC Helicopter for beginners.
Practically nothing to do to get it to hover, very little adjustment was necessary to keep it straight in flight and everything is included except the 8 AA batteries for the remote.
No spinning like other helicopters, a bit slow with the forward movement but that's okay with me.
It is also quite big for indoor - unless you are probably in a Gym or some kind of big hall - does very well in the back yard if there isn't much wind.
Battery life is about 15 minutes on a full charge.
Overall a decent helicopter for the price.
Do a proper search before buying as the same helicopter is available from different sellers for as much as $30.00 more!

This 3 channel Tandem helicopter speaks for itself. Great attention to detail has been given for its scale like features. Overall the Chinook's performance is stable, little to do to get it hover. The description was a little misleading as quoted, "Transmitter:Standard 4 CH(including training switch and simulator port); * Mix controller:4 in 1 mix controller(W/gyro,mixer,ESC,receiver); * Servo:(8g,1.3kg.CM,0.12s/60°)", This is not a 4 CH Transmitter as it is a 3 CH and there are no training switch and simulator port along with there is no servo as this helicopter does not come equipped with swash plates. That needs to be removed from description. None the less it is a great deal for such an excellent heli. Keep in mind this is no toy even at the 3CH level as it will generate lots of air movement. For the price and especially fast delivery from seller-Battery Superstore, you can't go wrong!

This is a fun toy but needs some serious training time to fly
don't fly outdoors until you het it mastered in a
big indoor space... The slightest breeze is a challenge.
The landing is what I had the most trouble learning
small moves on the controller are big moves to the helicopter

The helicopter itself is really fun. the company that sold it was on time with shipment and delivery. item came in perfect condition. toy was calibrated as they stated. all parts were inside. I did purchase other items from them after this and i have been consistently satisfied. helicopter is worth to buy and try at least once... very very addictive once you are in control... a lots of fun for a cheap fee... LOL

Very poor design, plastic componets break while in use, may think of one that has metal parts that might be warrented.

My remote control for this unit is INVERTED. I go right, it goes left. I go left, it goes right. Frankly its made of flimsy material and is prone to coming apart, no not breaking, but coming apart. Not permanent damage, but nonetheless annoying. I would recommend not purchasing this item. It also isnt because i can't fly it. I was still perfectly capable of flying it (to the best degree that it flies, which isn't too well) and did so even with odd, inverted controls, but it makes no intuitive sense to me why the controls would be inverted. They clearly aren't supposed to be, as I read the manual before hand, which, though poorly translated as usual, fairly clearly stated that when you move the right control to the right the nose will turn to the right; however, this just wasn't the case. Clearly not everyone has had a bad experience with this product, but mine was surely terrible faulty.

I WAS TOLD BY THE SELLER THAT I SHOULD HAVE TEST DROVE THIS HELICOPTER? TEST DROVE? THIS SELLER IS UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, AND ALTOGETHER UNPLEASANT. She is not very aware of the definition of fraud,which of course also includes perjury, meaning also that you cannot knowingly withhold information from the prospective buyer. The individual that I spoke with spoke in a very matter of fact tone to me the entire conversation and clearly knew nothing about RC helicopters. DO NOT BUY THIS CHINOOK FROM THIS SELLER. DO NOT BUY THIS CHINOOK FROM THIS SELLER. THEY ARE TERRIBLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND YOU WILL GET ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT. If you want a refund you WILL have to file a claim with Amazon.
