This product comes with a rather strong oder that made it too difficult to use. It was returned to company, however this company, ATAFA, has some really annoying issues to overcome.

When the package was mailed by the company to me, they shorted the posted by 33 cents - delaying its arrival and putting unnecessary work on the mail carrier and my time.

ATAFA has a rather difficult customer service department that I suspect maintains English as a second language. To make a product return, be advised that two phone calls and two to three emails will be required. Returns have to preapproved before you ship the item back.

I suggest avoiding this product and this company.

I ordered this product based on reading the other reviews. The first thing that I found when I got the product was that is does not have the taper the photo on Amazon shows. It's just a 2" strap from the top of the shoulder to under the arm pit of the reverse shoulder, making it not as comfortable as it appears in the photo. Second, the chemical smell of the (I think) neoprene was so overpowering, it made me light headed. I soaked it and washed it three times, before it lighted up when dry. The product helps, but is not a cure. If your shoulders are massive, this will likely be too tight for you. I give think if it was what was pictured, I would have gave it 3 stars.

DO NOT BUY THIS! The picture does not truly represent the shoulder support. The band going across the chest opposite the shoulder support is actually about 1/2 the size that the picture represents, and the shoulder support itself does not go down the ribcage under the armpit either. The band going across the chest goes directly to the armpit and DOES NOT angle down the chest, just above the nipple, and cover ANY of the ribcage. Also, the shoulder support doesn't cover nearly as much over the shoulder, again probably about 1/2 of what the picture represents. By the way, the smell is not as bad as another review stated.

Bought identical style type of Shoulder Brace. WORTHLESS as a "Shoulder" support or brace. At best, it's only a bicep/upper arm compression sleeve with a useless band that does not provide "SHOULDER" support no matter how you adjust it.

Spend a little more for something that at least may have some "SHOULDER" support.

What's in the picture is not even close to what they send you. The product I received is essentially a neoprene tube with a strap attached to it. It provides very little support. I will try to add some images of what was actually shipped to me.

The brace helped relieve the pain in shoulder. Should have ordered a smaller size I think it would have helped more if it fit tighter.

Sizing was good for the chest, but depending on the circumference of your upper arm it may not fit. With skinny arms it was a little loose.

The shoulder brace works and alows me to play golf without doing more damage to my shoulder. Also use it to exercise to prevent damage while strengthening the rotator cuff muscles.

I was hesitant to purchase this brace considering so many negative comments but figured for the price it was worth the risk. I'm glad I took that risk.

This brace does exactly what I wanted. Of course, it would be more comfortable not to have to wear this brace but it's not uncomfortable wearing it. I find my shoulder is a little damp after wearing it all day but not excessively so. It does seem to breath a bit. I baby powder it and my shoulder when I put it on and that seems to make things better.

There is a rubber type smell when I first opened the package. I think the only reason I was aware of it is because there were so many comments about the smell. I never gave it a thought after that and never have noticed it when wearing the brace. I don't think the smell is an issue.

I'm going to order a second brace soon just to have as a backup.

It is not the product we saw in the pix.It makes me uncomfortable when i
wear it on.And they are not good on return service,now even i don't want to return/change it,it will cost me another twice shipping fees.I don't want to give them any stars.If it have bad star to choose,i will give them a lot.
