Format: Paperback
This is a great yoga workout. I find that when working with a partner I am more aware of the breath and am able to maintain positions with better form for longer periods of time. I also enjoy the sense of symetry one gets with the mirror imaging of working with another warm body. Working with a partner has given me new insights into positions I have been practicing for many years and has helped me improve my individual practice. Although there are some advanced positions, the majority can be done by intermediate and beginning yoga students.

Working with a partner offer multiple possibilities and benefits since the support brought by your partner when performing shared positions allows you to get a better stretch, to focus more intensively, and to maintain position for longer periods.

When you perform Yoga with a partner, you will feel that in each position you receive more energy than what you bring. And if you workout with your loved one, you can transform the experience of each maintained position into a celebration of life.
