Why Read This Book?,

This book was a refreshing view of church growth. I have read many books including but not limited to Purpose Driven Church, Disciple-Making Church, and African-American Church Growth. However, Josh Hunt did a fine job of not only telling you why to plan and work for growth of the church but, he also gives you easy to follow suggestions of how to grow the church. I believe if more church leaders would read this book along with the other books by Hunt they would have a great foundation of doing what Christ commanded in Matthew 28:18-20..."make disciples of all nations". (NKJV) This is an excellent book to start with followed by How to Double Your Class in Two Years or Less concluded by taking all teachers through training on the principles of Disciple-Making Teacher. I hope my review has helped you to make an informed decision on purchasing not only this book but the other books by Josh Hunt as well.
