DVD the Magic of Venice,

I bought the DVD for my family in preparation for their visit to Venice. Their comments were mixed. First of all they said that the film was dated (1970's?),the thirteen year old wondered whether people in Venice really dressed so funny. They also admitted that much of what they saw was timeless. After a polite "thank you", they mentioned that they would be looking for something more current.
