If you make a lot of pizza dough this is a must. A couple of swipes with the roller docker and the crust comes out perfectly - no bubbles!

Super fast delivery, had my doubts about this product but it really did make a difference on our pizzas crust. Gave the cooked thin crust pizza a Shakey's pizza like crunch. I would buy from this company again. AAA+

Got this pizza dough rolller and was very surprised with the high quality of this product. It is massive, heavy duty and looks and works very well to prepare my dough so it doesn't inflates like a ballon as it cooks, leaving a flat and even pizza.Great product!

This docker was a gift. I'm pretty sure he liked it. We really like ours alot easier than using something like a fork.

Great dough docker, heavy and sturdy. Not like the plastic ones where the prongs break off. Do not need to press had the weight of the item does the work for you.

We bought this for docking our graham cracker dough. We used to do it with a fork but the holes weren't always large enough and we often ended up with steam/air pockets. This docker is GREAT, though. It is very heavy (made to last a long time) and rolls very smoothly. Easy to clean, too!

This works like a charm so you don't have your homemade pizza bubble up on you. You just LIGHTLY use it over your pizza dough. I apply the roller after I put it on my pizza peel before adding my sauce and toppings. This is the perfect size for both large and small pizzas.

This is a well built roller that is especially good for use on pizza crust. The docker pins are stainless and the roller is heavy plastic or nylon, and it cleans up quite easily. I've learned that a good cook needs good tools, and this is one of my favorites.

poking holes with it in our "homemade matzoh adventure."
Could have used a fork but--- it's the journey :)

It does what it supposed to do and seems to be sturdy. I recommend it to any home pizza maker.
