I bought this because I have finer hair and I wanted the least amount of heat damage as possible! I bought this and it works great! I spray it on before blow drying and before using a curling iron. (It actually helps keep the curls). The only negative I would give is the scent. For some reason, the scent of the spray bothered me and I ended up switching to tresemme's heat protection spray. Otherwise, it's a great buy!
