5.0 out of 5 stars Luxurious Lather, May 11, 2003
This review is from: Dove Sensitive Essentials Cleansing Cloths, Refill, 30 Count (Health and Beauty)
In a comparison test with the Olay Daily Facial Cleansing Cloths, I found these were a bit more luxurious. The lather really helps to life away the dirt and oil and make-up. These cloths contain moisturizing lotion and Vitamin A & E.

They are non-comedogenic (won't clog pores), hypo-allergenic and fragrance free.

I didn't have a reaction, so I felt they were a good product as far as claming to be for sensitive skin goes.

The micro-fine cloth seems to absorb/trap a lot of makeup and you can remove all your makeup with one cloth. I though they were good to use if you didn't want to splash water on your face (so as not to mess up your hairstyle) and you were traveling or to use to remove makeup on the run.

Both have similar textured cloths, so they are both equally good at removing dirt, oil and make-up. Yes, they even removed mascara. I liked the soapy feel of the Dove cloths, yet noticed they were a bit more messy to use than the Olay facials. They just really
have a nice lather, which I think cleans your skin a tiny bit better. If I had to make a choice between the two, I'd buy these.

The basic idea with these clothes is to cleanse and hydrate.

Good for removing make-up!

To use:

Wet cloth with water.
Rub cloth to lather it up a bit.
Cleanse entire face.
Rinse face with cloth.
Throw away cloth.

These do a really good job of cleaning and removing makeup. I love them in my travel bag as they are dry, no bottles or tubes to explode, and after I have cleaned my face I use them as a wash cloth with Dove body wash...really smooth and effective. The perfect travel companion.

5.0 out of 5 stars The Best On The Market!, October 20, 2005
This review is from: Dove Sensitive Essentials Cleansing Cloths, Refill, 30 Count (Health and Beauty)
These are the best cleansing cloths that I have tried. I have combination skin that tends to be sensitive, and these cloths do not irritate my skin. They leave my skin soft and glowing. They can also be cut in half to conserve them. A half of the cloth is just as powerful.
