"Doves of Peace" composed by Sr. Jean Anthony, I.H.M. is a multi-purpose tape composed as a "musical refreshment" or break form the numerous tasks, hurdles and hoops which confront us on a daily basis. The music provides a retreat, a spiritual renewal, a time to gaze, pause and to reflect. Under biofeedback conditions, persons exhibited more potential for muscle relaxation as well as the experience of focused (productivity) when using the music tape on a regular basis.
