Why oh why do they always have to change an item that works well for one that doesn't. I purchased my original Hi-Dow XP at a Vegas massage shop beneath Planet Hollywood in that huge underground shopping mall. It worked like a dream until I dropped it on hard tiles. I ordered this replacement and noticed that it is distinctly less powerful and from time to time there is a little jolt of shocking electricity in one of the pads. Looks like I'm headed back to Vegas soon for a new massager, because this was no happy ending.

Oh my God this thing is Amazing.....I had to have it....it's a little expensive, but you spend the same amount of money with a couple trips to the SPA.....so I figured it was worth it.....if I can I have a massage in the confort of my home without even asking your loved ones.

It feels Great, and you have four different massage types and you can adjust the strength with a push of a botton.....you have to try it to understand....it's hard to explain how a few gel pads hooked to this little thing can be so powerful. It is really worth the money!!!

I tried out this product in Vegas and love it, but their price was a little steep......so I googled it and bought the Hi-Dow Massage XPIII . . . and . . . besides it being priced 50% less than they wanted in Vegas, it's the best $$ I've spent in a long time. I love it!!! However, I do wish I would've bought some extra pads when I ordered it (they say the pads last 2-3 months, but if you use it as often as I have been, they don't - no matter how careful you are). I have back and tailbone problems. This product works great. It helps with the pain. A freind of mine told me about it, so I ordered one. Very pleased.

I like it and use it often. Though not as sophisticated and programmable as electrical stim gear at the chiropractor or osteopath's office, this uses only 100 Hz at 10 Volts, yet fits in your pocket, goes everywhere, is quiet, with tunable intensity from hardly noticeable to really overwhelmingly strong, has a variety of modalities from "thumping" to "needling", has a self timer of 20 minutes, comes with 4 nice sticky pads (the life of which can be prolonged with drops of water when storing), AC (USB) recharger, and an educational booklet on Chinese medicine points (though they do say to just put the pads where it hurts if you don't want to read and understand Chinese medicine points). All in all, a good compromise to provide "massage" and electrical stim on demand between visits to a certified health care professional. If you use it a lot over many seasons, be prepared to also buy spare sticky pads (really large ones are available). Great product, great value, I've seen from ~$99 to ~$220. Compared to the cost of ONE office visit for stim, ANY of these prices is a good value.

This is great... It has several setting modes and all give a different sensation. I always used to have knots in my shoulders and this little devices took care of the problem. YOu can also use it as a wonderfull sex toy! This will the boundaries of any pleasure sensation you have experienced in your life!

I tried this product for the first time when I went to have a massage done and I fell in love with it! This is no toy and well worth the money! This works great on sore muscles and knots on your back. You will not be sorry you bought this, buy it from "Vapor of Las Vegas" he has the best deal and the fastest shipping!

In this day and age of constant pressures and duress we find ourselves with muscular knots which are extremely painful. You can choose to find the time to make an appointment and drive to a chiropractor or you can get this great TENS unit. The Hi-Dow XP is a fantastic tool that rivals much more expensive professional units used in the chiropractor's office. It delivers a range of electrical impulses that simulate several modes of therapeutic massage. I can't state this enough: this unit is amazing. It is compact, easily rechargeable and comes with 4 contacts. All my friends and family who have tried this unit love it and ask me where did I get it. Makes a great holiday gift for everyone. I rate this product 5 stars (out of 5).
