Donna's peaceful and comforting voice accompanied by soothing background music takes you into a deep and relaxing inner journey. I've never experienced a connection with my body in such a powerful way. As she gently guides me through my physical body the healing emotions of love and peace fill, calm, and free me from stress and anxiety that is so counter-productive to my wholeness and health. I realize how out of touch I was with my body and how much better I feel now on every level. I had tuned out because of old physical problems and injuries and now feel that they have finally fully healed because I have been able to connect to them and release the pain permanently. The benefits of this meditation are profound for me and I know that everyone will receive great value from the regular practice of it. I love it! I feel more grounded and present with ever increasing levels of balance and connection between my body, mind, emotions and spirit.

The only thing I can say is that Donna Murray is an incredible healer. Not only are her private sessions phenomenal, but this CD is the best. I have a very hectic schedule and a new baby which makes it very hard to find time for myself. I use this CD to provide me with "me" time and it helps to replenish and relax me. The length of this CD is easy to fit into my day and I find that once the baby is asleep in the evening I can sit and be still while I go within and take care of myself. It's so easy to get caught up and become exhausted with the endless mundane tasks and needs of everyone else and this meditation provides an opportunity for me to go within and connect with my heart and spirit. I know that this helps me be a better wife, a better Mom and a better me! Thank you Donna for the wonderful gift of this CD.
