Yes I am totally Down!!
Love this song! Unlike most hip hop songs, this song is completely clean. Even Lil Wayne's rap is appropriate. The song is radio gold! Super dancy, awesome lyrics, infectious melody. I Love Jay Sean!! We need more songs like this in today's industry. :)

Bollywood Blah
"Down" is bland hip hop from Indian rapper Jay Sean. It's superior to most hip hop (that's why it gets 2 stars instead of 1) because it doesn't degrade people, nor does it glorify drugs and violence. It's the usual love song. Jay Sean is proud of his Indian heritage;I've heard him rap in Hindi--and it's slightly better--imagine Jay-Z rapping in another language. "Down" is...

It's hypnotic that way. It could cure insomnia. It works best as ambient music. However, if you REALLY like Indian pop, listen to:World Is India and Putumayo Presents: India,as well as a judge of "Indian Idol"--Yatra, Kailash Kher.
