5.0 out of 5 stars A Surprise Hit Album, July 2, 2006
This review is from: Downtown Science (Audio CD)
Yeah, I know, you probably see the album cover and think this album is [...] WRONG!!!! This album is very good with exceptional lyrics and awesome bass booming beats. Songs like, "Room to Breathe" and "This is a Visit", are the cream of the crop; along with "Natural People" and "Radioactive" not too far behind. The best part about this album is the rap songs that make you want to kick back and chill to, like "Catch the Wave" and "Summertime", which are also great to listen to during the summer months. So, if you are looking for some good rhymes and some soothing bass beats without all the curse words, then this is your type of album.

If you want to hear visionary hip hop before El-P start with his sound, listen to this album.
Bosco Money rhymed like few others did at the time (as well as today) and Sam Sever's production was years ahead of its time.
Pick up this album.

4.0 out of 5 stars Sleeper Hit......, April 1, 2008
This review is from: Downtown Science (Audio CD)
this album never received much promotion at all when it first came out, but what a diamond in the rough. excellent production (by sam sever, who produced third bass) and samples, along with some clever rhymes by bosco money. he sounds kind of similar to chuck d. of public enemy, but with some nice versatility. it's refreshing to hear an album like this void of any cursing that kids can listen to as well...
