I ordered the full dozen gourmet dipped strawberries for my wife for Valentine's day and did so online. I also qualified for a double order because of a promotion. The order I received stated my wife would receive the berries on or before 2/14. Valentine's day came and went, no berries. The next day I tried to use the tracking number through UPS. It didn't work. I called their customer service number and after giving my name, my email address, my home address, and the order number the woman wanted to know who the "recipient" was. I said it was my wife. She said that was incorrect. This went back and forth for a while during which the customer service person was being ruder and ruder and stated that I needed the "magic name" of whom was to receive the package and she couldn't help me unless I gave that. This went on for five minutes until I just stated my own name which was the correct response. If she had asked what name was on the package as generated by the computer when one clicks, "ship to same name and address as billing information," that might have been clearer.
After more exchanges, I just asked for my credit card to be credited back and that I did not want their product. The present was late and pretty much pointless as a Valentine's day gift a day after and given the package was shipped in dry ice, it was not likely to be fresh. Eventually, the customer service lady said she credited back my card and let me know after waiting 5 minutes for that to clear. She said I should see it back on my card in 5 to seven days. The berries did arrive but the ice was melted and we opted not to eat the berries as they were room temperature. So while they "gifted" the berries, there wasn't anything to "gift." And, the double order that was part of the promotion was not in the box.

Last Valentines Day, I ordered a dozen berries for my wife. They were GREAT! Huge, Fresh, very tasty, great dipped chocolate strawberries. Even well packaged... BUT, this year they must have had a bad day or something's amiss at Sheri's. 8 of the 12 were no bigger than a teaspoon head, the others about the tablespoon size. After biting into them, half were green and not ripe, hard. The chocolate "drizzle" was either machined on or some 5 year old had a great time.

My wife was really disappointed and so was I for 41.47 of my hard earned money. Sorry Sheri, won't be buying again. Two stars, there was some chocolate on them.

Very yummy, but the gift I received was supposed to be a dozen but I only received 11! I really feel as though my friend was taken advantage of when purchasing this gift for me. When you pay this much for a dozen you should get a dozen, not 11.

I ordered a dozen strawberries hoping for a tasty treat to share on valentines day.

Imagine my surprise when instead I received a dozen multicolored roses and small box of 5 chocolates. This is the second item I ordered and received today that was not what I ordered.

THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!! EPIC FAIL!!!

I called Sherries Berries for an anniversary order to be delivered on a Sunday. I was proposing and physically located 1,000's of miles away. A special day NEVER to come again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The representative I spoke with was extremely helpful and polite. She stated that berries could not be delivered overnight or on a Sunday. No problem Pro-Florists Express could handle it for an extra charge. I ordered a dozen flowers and paid extra for Sunday delivery with a card reading Marry Me.

I was told to look for an email confirming my order and an email confirming delivery. I received the email order confirmation almost immediately with the correct delivery date and order.

Sunday came and the time frame for delivery went. No email. I contacted the call center and was told the florists shop was not answering. An internal email would be sent to the shop and I would receive an email or phone call from the shop with delivery conformation.

12 hours later, no email, no nothing.

Again, calling a very polite and helpful representative. "Oh the shop was closed on Sunday, we are delivering today. you should have received an email about this." and bing, an email arrives within a minute after she told me that.

Nothing about we will refund the extra charge for a delivery we did not make, or let us make it up to you for screwing up your proposal. Charging for a service not performed is considered theft.

"NO your are not delivering today. CANCEL MY ORDER." The cancel my order must be a new concept for these people as it took 40 minutes to do it and waiting 5-7 business days for a refund.

Calling the corporate office at 858 729 2800 garners nothing.

Received these as a gift. They arrived leaking in the box, the berries were green and still had the stems left on them. At least they removed the leaves. The coating that they claim is chocolate tastes much more like wax. The coating had more flavor after leaving the berries out on the counter overnight, but still had a waxy feel and taste.
The presentation is really nice and they look great. For the price the berries should be ripe and the chocolate should be much higher quality.
These were a huge disappointment.
