The image of dinosaurs shown is of an assortment of 11 different kinds, but what I received was 6 kinds, 2 of each. If we wanted to play Noah's ark with them I would have ordered 2 sets. Contacted wholesale-distributor about this and they never responded.
The dinosaurs are what you would expect for[...]. You can clearly see the seam of were the two parts were made into a single item. The two legged dinosaurs don't stand up. The pointy tails and feet make this one of the most dangers toys we own but little boys need dinosaurs.

I was disappointed. The dinosaurs were rather small. They were not "jumbo" at all. I was able to find much bigger dinosaurs in drugstores. Also, it was difficult to read the name of some of the dinosaurs stamped on the bottom.

I bought these for my granddaughter, who loves dinosaurs. they are just the right size for the toddler's hands and she carries them with her everywhere she goes. durable and washable, both highly desireable traits for the toy of a toddler. Great price as well.

Take caution when people review and item and say - "for what they are" or "for the price I paid" thats never a sign of quality, it just means that returning them isn't worth the effort. We received these as a gift and I have actually taken the time to find the seller selling these to write this review. The picture shown appears to be the dinosaurs we received more evolved cousins because ours look nothing like them. Or perhaps the seller was wise enough to alter and blur the picture. First of all we did not receive 12 dinosaurs we received 2 sets of the same dinosaurs and one broken dinosaur (his horn somehow snapped off in the bag before it even got here) Ok technically there are 12 total but I don't think thats what people assume. These dinosaurs are not to scale with one another (ie they are all the exact same size) and are VERY VERY poorly painted, I.E one has what appears to be a runny eye! The seams are terrible, rough to the touch and catch on EVERYTHING! We have a big dinosaur fan at our house and we have dinosaurs from the dollar store that are nicer than these! Many have dark red or florescent blue eyes which just look silly. As for being educational, what a joke they are so badly cast, constructed, and painted it is as though they just badly made pretend plastic monsters. I know dinosaurs can be hard to find and expensive but seriously save your money by buying 1 or 2 quality pieces as these are just junk. Still I suppose a smaller or less dino obsessed kid might have a good time with these.

This was the first item I've purchased from Amazon that I was truly disappointed in. Dozen....yes. JUMBO.....no. Actually, only eight different dinos.....there were two each of four. Hope the smell goes away before I have to wrap them for my grnadson's birthday. (He'll probably love them......but I wouldn't recommend).Dozen Jumbo Dinosaurs up to 6 inches long

My two year old really enjoyed getting all his dinosaurs! We also purchased the dinosaur storage box-which is awesome!
His imagination has taken off and dinosaurs go with us everywhere. Definitely worth the money! I like them because they are larger than the "average" dinosaurs you would buy in a store. I didn't want anything that could potentially be a choking hazard.

My four year old loves these dinos he got for Christmas, but gets frustrated because some the of the T-rexes don't stand up very well (we have wood floors). I have to bend and pull on feet and tails to get them upright for a time. Otherwise good product.

These are by no means "jumbo."

They're small, they're hard (and some pointy!), and they make you say some pretty bad things when you step on one in the dark. But, my kids absolutely ADORE them, they're perfectly-sized for my 22 month old's hands, and my 4.5yo loves them because they're the "big dinosaurs babies."

For the price, they're absolutely fantastic. My kids loved tearing into them (only 2 duplicates but I think those are more the parents complaints than the childs complaints) and were out of the room in seconds with them. As party favors, they would be fantastic. As a car/trip toy for a child that adors dinosaurs, also fantastic. They're small enough to fit one or two in my purse to pull out as needed, but large enough to really play with.

Yes, I would buy these again and probably will so I can keep a set at the grandparent's house for visits.

I bought a package of these dinosaurs for my two year old. They are perfect for him to play with. The only real complaint I have is that even though you get 12 dinosaurs, they are not necessarily 12 different dinosaurs. We received 8 different dinosaurs and doubles of the other 4. My two year old could care less about the doubles, but I figured it should be mentioned, since other reviewers had mentioned the same thing.

Other than that, it's a great toy. Nothing special. You know what you are buying already. Plastic dinosaurs painted in unrealistic colors!

I wanted to point out that despite all the reviews I read warning that I would NOT receive 12 different kinds of dinosaurs (possibly only 6 different/2 of each) we just received our dino's today and they are ALL different. It's actually a great little collection. I'm happy with the purchase (can't go wrong with 10 bucks) and my 2 year old is IN LOVE with them. They are definitely not very big, they fit in the palm of your hand, but they will be easy to store and what matters is that my two year old thinks they rock.
